One Business. Connected Priorities.

Bring the Strategy and the Operating Work Together.

TigerWise works across six connected areas, with Blake’s executive leadership at the center. Each engagement is scoped around the business’s priorities, people, and capacity.

01

Executive Leadership & Strategy

  • Growth and turnaround priorities; executive alignment.
  • Decision rights, accountability, and operating governance.

Operating experience: CORKCICLE, Panama Jack, HD Supply, and Pickleball Bella.

  • Process improvement, SOPs, and workflow mapping.
  • Department structure, hiring alignment, and management development.
  • Cross-functional execution, project oversight, and operating cadence.

Operating experience: global teams, distribution operations, and owner-led organizational improvement.

03

Supply Chain & Product Operations

Connect the product plan to reliable delivery.

Scope and Operating Experience

Align sourcing, manufacturing, inventory, and fulfillment with the commercial plan. Address cost, quality, and continuity across the product lifecycle.

  • Global sourcing, vendor negotiations, and manufacturing coordination.

  • Inventory planning, warehouse operations, and fulfillment.
  • Product development, launch readiness, and commercialization.

04

Growth & Commercial Systems

05

Technology, AI & Business Intelligence

Give people clearer information and better ways to work.

Scope and Operating Experience

Start with the workflow and the business decision. Assess systems, define meaningful metrics, and use AI where it can reduce repeat work while preserving human ownership.

  • Business-system assessment and selection; ERP, CRM, accounting, and commerce coordination.
  • Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace organization; integration requirements.
  • KPI definitions, dashboards, and executive reporting.
  • AI adoption, reusable skills and instructions, and controlled automation.

When the Business Needs Its Next Operating Chapter

The Opportunity Is Real.
The Business Needs to Catch Up.

Growth can expose what effort alone can no longer solve. The owner becomes the point of escalation. Departments work to different priorities. Reporting arrives too late—or answers the wrong question.

TigerWise helps owners and leadership teams establish what matters, assign responsibility, and put the operating structure in place to move forward.

Growth Outpaces Systems

Connect people, processes, inventory, and customer channels before complexity starts making decisions for you.

The Founder Carries Too Much

Create clearer roles, develop managers, and move recurring decisions to the right level.

The Next Move Needs Confidence

Improve performance visibility, resolve operating friction, and prepare for an acquisition, integration, or ownership transition.

Practical Technology. Executive Purpose.

Better Information.
Less Repeat Work.
Clearer Ownership.

Technology and AI belong in the operating model. TigerWise connects the tools to the workflow, the decision, and the person accountable for the result.

Knowledge That Survives the Handoff

Build a governed reference for brand, product, and operating knowledge. Define source authority, reusable instructions, version history, and the unresolved questions that need an owner.

Reporting That Informs a Decision

Define KPIs before building dashboards. Align commerce, channel, inventory, and accounting measures; surface discrepancies instead of hiding them in a polished chart.

AI with an Operating Owner

Use AI for research, documentation, analysis, and repeatable workflows. Scope access, require review for consequential actions, and verify the output before the process is expanded.

Experience includes operating across these environments and coordinating specialist support. Analytics work is defined around the decision and available data, including GA4 and Looker Studio where appropriate. A platform is selected because it supports the business.

Review the goals, people, workflows, performance information, and constraints. Separate what is known from what needs verification.

02 / Prioritize

Decide What Matters

Agree on the few priorities that justify attention, capital, and effort. Establish owners and measures of progress.

03 / Implement

Build a Defined Scope

Work alongside the team on processes, systems, and projects. Document decisions, dependencies, and evidence of completion.

04 / Lead

Keep the Work Moving

Review progress, resolve blockers, develop managers, and adjust as the business changes. Leave the team with usable knowledge and ownership.
